Delivery & Shipping

Processing & Delivery Timeline

We work with Qikink, our trusted fulfillment partner, to produce and deliver your order.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Order processing: 1–2 business days
• Production: 3–5 business days
• Shipping: 3–6 business days (depending on your location)

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days from the date you place your order.

During peak seasons, festivals, or courier delays, delivery may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is 100% free for all prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we charge a ₹59 cash collection fee to cover secure handling by our delivery partner.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email and/or WhatsApp message with the tracking details. You can check your package status anytime.

Delivery Coverage

We ship all across India — covering major cities and most remote pin codes. If your location isn’t serviceable, our team will reach out to you promptly.

Return & Refund

We’ve got your back. If something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to make it right.

When We Accept Returns or Replacements

Because your order is custom-made, we only accept returns or replacements if:

• The product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect
• You received a different product than what you ordered
• The size delivered is different from what you ordered

To qualify, please:

• Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photo or video proof of the issue via email or WhatsApp

When We Don’t Accept Returns

We are unable to offer returns or refunds if:

• The wrong size was ordered by mistake
• You changed your mind after placing the order
• The product shows a minor color variation (this can happen due to screen-to-fabric difference)
• The order was delayed due to courier or weather-related issues

What Happens Next

Once your return or replacement request is approved:

• A replacement of the same item will be sent and delivered within 10 days
• Or, if you prefer, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

All returns are reviewed carefully before approval.
